Kentucky Career Centers Resume In-Person Services

Appointments are now available for in person appointments at select Kentucky Career Center locations. These appointments are for individuals who need unemployment insurance or job seeker assistance.

Special Instructions:
• You must wear a mask at all times during the appointment.
• Please remain in your vehicle until five minutes before your scheduled appointment. Due to concerns about the spread of COVID-19 lines outside of offices are not permitted.
• Photo ID is required to enter the building.
• Your temperature will be taken at the door due to COVID-19.
• While we make every effort to answer all your questions during this appointment, UI specialists may not be able to provide a resolution during a single appointment. Some claims could require additional paperwork or take additional time to complete.
